Krav Maga
Krav Maga is a practical self-defense and fighting system designed to prepare students for situations where protecting yourself or someone else may become necessary. Rather than focusing on traditional forms or competition, training emphasizes a functional real-world skill set built around effective techniques that can be learned, practiced, and applied under pressure. Students develop fundamental kicking and striking, hand-to-hand combat skills, throws and takedowns, ground defenses, situational awareness, and defenses against serious threats involving weapons such as knives and firearms.
About Krav Maga
Training goes beyond simply learning individual techniques. Students have opportunities to apply their skills through partner work, drills, and simulated training experiences that introduce decision-making, movement, awareness, and responding under pressure in a controlled environment. Krav 1 establishes the foundation, giving students the techniques and understanding necessary to progress into Krav 2, where training introduces more complex scenarios, higher-intensity drills, and simulations designed to create a more realistic training experience. The goal is not just to know self-defense techniques, but to develop the skills, awareness, confidence, and ability to respond when a real situation doesn't go according to plan.

Develop skills for when things don't go as planned
Real situations can be unpredictable. Krav Maga develops confidence, adaptability, awareness, and the ability to continue responding when circumstances change rather than relying on everything going perfectly.
