Little Champs (4-5)
Our Little Champs program, designed for ages 4–5, introduces our young students to martial arts in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment. Through age-appropriate karate activities, students develop focus, confidence, coordination, respect, and listening skills while staying active and having fun. Our classes also help children learn how to follow directions, work with others, and overcome challenges. Little Champs is a great first step toward building skills that will benefit them both in karate and in everyday life!
About Little champs
Our Little Champs program goes beyond learning karate by helping young students build strength, coordination, fitness, focus, and discipline in every class. Students also learn valuable safety skills through our Stranger Danger, Bully-Proof, and age-appropriate self-defense curriculum. While monthly homework activities reinforce character lessons like respect, sportsmanship, leadership, and determination. Completing these activities is part of becoming eligible for their next belt, helping kids connect what they learn in class to life at home and school.

More than a karate class
Our instructors understand that every child develops at a different pace. We are here to partner with each child in our program to help them grow in their martial arts training and in life! Some students walk through the door ready to jump into everything, while others need time to become comfortable, find their voice, and build their confidence.
We meet students where they are and encourage steady progress one class at a time.
Learning how to learn
One of the biggest goals of Little Champs is preparing children to become successful students - not just in martial arts, but wherever they go. Students practice following directions, responding to instructors, taking turns, working with partners, remembering multi-step routines, and continuing to try their best when something is difficult.
Over time, the structure of martial arts gives children opportunities to become more independent and responsible for their own training and learning.

Progress kids can see
Our belt system gives young students something tangible to work toward. Instead of expecting perfection, we recognize improvement, effort, and consistency. We designed a curriculum to both challenge and increase their ability with skills appropriate for their belt level, and age group.
Each new skill mastered and belt earned becomes evidence that practice leads to progress. For young children, those small victories can be incredibly powerful and help establish an attitude toward learning that extends far beyond the martial arts school.
A positive first experience with martial arts
For many students, Little Champs is their very first organized activity. We want that experience to be challenging enough to help them grow while still being something they look forward to each week.
Our goal is to create an environment where children feel comfortable participating, proud of their accomplishments, and excited to discover what else they can do. As they grow, the foundation they build in Little Champs prepares them for increasingly advanced martial arts training and the challenges that come with it.
